Out of the approximately 2.4 million pastors in the world, only 10% of them have had some form of theological training. Oftentimes, these church leaders don’t have access to theological training or the means to afford it.

My (Jason) goal is to help develop pastors and lay leaders, so they can use their gifts to passionately preach the gospel to their communities. I work with our GlobalEd Institute team, specifically as the administrator for our Ministry Essentials Training Program (METP). I also often travel to other parts of the world to train groups of future METP instructors for them to teach our materials to their own people in their own heart language.

I (Ariana) currently serve as a children’s pastor. I lead and pastor church volunteers and seek to instill the importance of each generation being represented in the local church. I also have spearheaded and developed children’s curriculum. I am passionate about women in leadership in the church and love to help other women live out their unique calling.
