Dean and Ruth Milley serve in Lima, Peru, focusing on the Pucusana region and the Surco District. Their vision is to reach children and families through church planting, youth evangelism, and holistic outreach in communities marked by poverty and spiritual need.
Their ministry is deeply relational and practical. In Chilca, they lead outreach events that engage over 250 families, while in Peru’s jungle regions, they host gatherings for up to 500 children. These times include the gospel, games, medical and dental care, food distribution, and Christmas gift programs. Many have come to Christ through these efforts, and families are being spiritually transformed.
Dean first sensed God’s call to Peru in 2000. He and Ruth married in 2010, and their daughter Andrea was born in 2016. With more than 20 years of experience in youth and leadership ministry, they are passionate about raising up disciples and planting churches rooted in the local community. Glory to God—they recently moved into a much-improved ministry space, leaving behind their overcrowded location. While this new space is a significant blessing, it comes with a higher rental cost.
PRAY for continued fruit from evangelistic outreaches among children and families in Chilca and Lima. Ask God for deeper discipleship, stable church structures, and transformative spiritual growth.
