Mobilizing Latino Workers for the Least Reached

Mobilizing Latino Workers for the Least Reached

PAOC Global Workers, Brad & Roxana, share their current needs:

We are mobilizing churches and pastors across Costa Rica, focusing on discipleship for young leaders. In early 2024, our home faced spiritual challenges, but God provided a seasoned couple who prayed for peace, bringing complete transformation. As newcomers to the national churches in Costa Rica, introducing new concepts was challenging, but respect and a genuine desire to bless led to a positive reception. Philippians 2:3 has guided us in humility and service. Financial challenges remain as we work to raise funds, especially with the dollar dropping. We trust in God’s provision and appreciate your support.

Our goal is to build relationships with churches, leaders, and mission organizations, which has led to emerging mission candidates. We are addressing gaps in evangelism and Disciple-Making Movements (DMM) by shifting from promotion to implementation. We’re thrilled to see five Discovery Bible Studies started (DBS) in our community run by locals!

PRAY for balance, peace and meaningful time with their energetic boys, and each other.

PRAY for God to provide for all the finances needed to accomplish their vision with strong partners.

PRAY they will reach their goal of mobilizing 300 Latinos to engage in cross-cultural mission to the least reached and most vulnerable.
